Soon to be open

One of the bushes that I have seen around, most of the time from the car, but I didn't get such close look before. They are planted around car parks or as small single bush in green areas. The leaves look like pine leaves, but they are not as stiff. Quite soft actually, nice to touch and smaller.

But the part that draws attention are the flowers. Bright red with funky shape. Those are the buds that didn't open yet and I finally managed to shoot. Earlier in the day the dew didn't manage to dry out yet making them look so darn pretty!
Unfortunately I don't know it's name.
