CURATION REPORT for@R2CORNELL'S DISCORD COMMUNITY


Welcome to the curation report #2 for the Discord Community of @r2cornell. In these reports we will include some of the better posts identified during our curation process. We will curate posts for those links left in our Post-Promotion channels. The number of posts curated will depend on our Voting Power. As we begin this process our curating will help you earn NEOXAG, SP, SPACO, CCC AND PAL, assuming you use those tags. Be sure and read the requirements to use these tags. There may be some earnings for other tags if they were used. It all depends on if @dsc-r2cornell wallets contain them.



As I stated in the first report @r2cornell is funding this initiative primarily through delegating SP and Tribal Tokens to @dsc-r2cornell. Some of the delegations will come through @r2cornell's alt accounts. I plan on only using @dsc-r2cornell and @r2cornell accounts. In time our Voting Power should increase, which will allow us to curate more posts. This increase should come from earnings from curating these posts. In this report I am going to try and include user names of posts that were curated, although may not be highlighted in this report.

As we curate posts we will then choose from those posts those we consider the best quality posts. Those posts will be highlighted in the report. The plan is to have this post translated into Spanish and posted separate. This should save time in doing reports.

We have seen an increase of activity in the community. @victorrojas4 has been very helpful in reaching out to the Spanish speaking bloggers. I thank him for that assistance. Others have also been helpful in this.

I have also had assistance in correcting the Spanish interpretation from @blessed-girl. Also @hlezama has offered suggestions on use of wording, which I am still working on a understanding what he is trying to teach me. I may be 67 years old but I am always open to learning, and have been. It is fascinating working with a new language and is a challenge which I am enjoying.

I would hope everyone learns to use translation software to be able to read those posts written in a language they are not fluent in. There are wonderful posts in both languages.

Remember you are earning more than steem power, so if your post has been curated check the wallets for all the tags you used for additional earnings.

IN CLOSING

We are still going through and curating posts. It is an ongoing job. It is a difficult to choose a few out of many to highlight in the report. There were many other posts that were of high enough quality to also be selected, but we can only list so many.

I am still working out the formatting of the report. I think there will be a way to include a link with the members name for those listed but not highlighted. . This report included those members who had their posts curated prior to the previous report, so it was a little longer. Keep in mind this report format is a work in progress.

Great work. Curation is a challenging and time staking job, it only gets better with time.
I am very happy to see that the r2 curation program has already become such a successful campaign and will only get better and stronger with time.
