The painting on the water

The seasons alternate one after another and this is the natural order of things. As a young person I didn't manage to notice ie. I never even paid attention to cycles that happen again and again, but now in my 50's I've seen a lot of natural cycles!
From the beginning to the end of the year I observe the nature that surrounds me everyday, I devote a great deal of my time to staying in nature. I have combined my love of photography and nature and am constantly trying to capture some memorable moments for me. After many years of personal experience, I know exactly where I need to be at what point. Almost everything was happening over an invisible pattern that repeats itself over and over again.
We are now in the month of January, usually at this time I would photograph snow and snow idyll, but for now I will have to settle for some other things. January is the month when I try to capture the sun reflected in the water every day, only this month I can do it, during all other months of the year it is a futile mission!
Once again, I photographed tall trees reflected in still water whose rims are encased in thin ice, ice that resembles a frame which is framing works of art that are reflected in water, and the artist is nature itself! I observe and admire to these works of art, at their core they are very simple but still amazing and mesmerizing!
Through the branches of the trees, the light of the sun hidden behind the clouds breaks through and creates incredible effects in the water. Black, blue and white colors are mixing, they fascinate me, I have long wanted to paint several motifs that I have seen many times over, I think these scenes deserve to be immortalized! As far as I know for myself, I had a penchant for drawing, painting, but life took me in another direction so that instead of making paintings, I took photos!

You're welcome @biti 🙂
If it's not possible to avoid people to be in the photo I try at least to have them as far away and invisible as possible, especially if I know them, like you did know the fisherman ;)

I might be a bit !DERANGED but not only I have a !BEER for you today, but also a !COFFEEA which I have bought at the !MARLIANS !shop 😉

Do you know that all fisherman are same, they don't care for anyone else, only thing they have on their mind is possible catch (fish) :D If you try to speak to them is useless they don't hear you at all! :D I don't blame them, I find my self very similar to them because when I trying to capture some butterfly for instance I don't hear or see anything behind my self :)

I do not see many fishermen, but the ones I see when I go walking at the reservoir are quite nice - at least they greet when I greet first ;) lol
Maybe the reason is, because they always have some !BEER with them and just don't see anything but the beer fishing rod.

You are right my friend! If they have enough beer or rakija (Schnaps), when I say rakija I mean on homemade alcohol, one day you must try it, its better than any whiskey, specially If is made of plum, apples, pears or apricots!!! :D

Oh, I do know Schnaps, believe me my friend, and I also know homemade Russian Schnaps - I don't know the name of it, but a friend of mine is a hunter and he always brings some bottles home when he goes hunting in Russia.
The Russian drink might be about the same as yours, I think. The Schnaps made of fruits we call Obstler (Obst = fruit).

Great photos of beautiful nature!
Yes, nature gives us its beauty, but not all everyone (unfortunately) perceive and cherish her..

Thank you! :) Nature is wonderful in many senses, but main question is If we notice it at all, so many times we are so blind even for our near surroundings!

The fact is that some people not only do not see, but even if they see this beauty, they are indifferent to it!
In my opinion this is even worse ...
