Gratitude for the little moments

How many times have you heard some people regret something they didn't do or missed an opportunity for something, and they do it very often so they start to get bored me! Often on such occasions when I listen to their story, I wish to shout aloud: please stop, I can no longer listen to you!
Mostly people talk about their own failures and express their regrets for something, but you will never hear them talk about the opportunities they didn't miss, they will never talk about the million events from which they received some kind of intangible benefit, when they managed to achieve some desired goal, etc. Many people only remember the negative things and talk about them as if nothing good has happened to them during their entire lives! A typical example of ungratefulness!
I don't want to talk further about the negative things, but the positive ones that happen very often, everyday. I think of those little things that make us feel better, be enthralled and joyful at least for a moment. If you analyze your day, I'm sure you will find some such moment, it can be anything and it can happen anywhere, a moment that will put a smile on your face, a moment that you will talk about to your friends, a moment for which you will be very grateful !
As a photographer, I strive every day to be a better and better observer, to easily notice the details of an object of observation. If you carefully observation, I say from experience, you will always see something extraordinary, unusual, attractive, beautiful, etc. As a photographer I'm constantly trying to capture moments like these, scenes that I will remember and that I will gladly speak about with great gratitude.
