Avocados and bananas are something that must be in the pantry! Just imagining their smell makes me happy!

The combination of avocado and banana is always suitable to be used as a smoothie and ice cream.

There are also several ways to make home-made ice cream.

So this time I tried for the first time to make fruit ice cream by turning the fruit flesh in a can. Around the can are given ice cubes and salt to speed up freezing.

In the first step I soften the flesh, then put them in a can.

Then put the can containing the fruit into a container of ice that has been sprinkled with salt.

Turn the can clockwise until the texture of the fruit flesh becomes ice cream texture.

The results really did not disappoint! Next time I will try this technique to make home-made ice cream with other fruits.
