Many Edges

Twisting and turning as the floodwaters swirl about wearing away canyon walls forming edges only to be later broken off by rocks and debris squeezed into gravity fed confines, pulsing, bubbling and bursting with pressure and powerful movement carving and raging through ancient sandstone creating Nature's art. And then the light comes in!

Wow. That's one of the best Slot Canyon shots I've seen. The angle you got is kind of trippy looking. Has a very artistic personality to it. The "crack" or whatever you might call it in the middle is wild looking. It's almost like a doorway to another dimension or something. Fascinating shot! PS I just read the text you included, very poetic there as well!

Well said, the crack is supposed to draw you in. This one was tricky to balance the amount of foreground, which can be a challenge when shooting the slots. Thanks for a great compliment!
