Headshooter

Every now and then I shoot headshots, and it's a fun mixup for me. I enjoy using flash in a professional setting, and here is a shot from a recent Kitchen Kraft/Dream Baths Remodeling session, where I took headshots of all the employees for the company. They do a fantastic job remodeling kitchens and baths, and I often shoot the finished products for their company.

QUESTION:

So with his glasses, they distort his face behind the glasses quite a bit on his left eye. Should I have had him take them off, or am I thinking too much about it and just let it be?

Glasses are hard, I wonder if he had turned his head toward the camera a little bit more it would take care of the weird distortion.
