I remember eating a banana flower curry in Thailand around about the time I met Sabrina, so I guess that's what it will become. Curry :)

Hi @riverflows and @samstonehill, yes, I know about the recipe it! My country eats it like salad and with noodles rice Cambodia and make soup the other food more. But when we cut it we need to use salt and lime juice put in water because it’s black when cut it.😊
But some banana flowers we not eat also because some banana bitter.
