This is a pretty recent photo, taken in Bairro Alto, one of the old neighbourhoods in the city of Lisboa. The time for the city festivities had already passed, but most of the neighourhood's streets had these colourful typical decoration!

And if you happen to visit the streets of Bairro Alto in the weekend, at night, especially in the summertime, this is probably the scenario that you'll find: everyone outside, drinking, chatting, and having fun!
