I'm sinking into a cavern of sleep,
Silently gliding downward
To the bottom.
Enfolded in solitude; the quiet solitude.

I'm filled with a sense of wonder and anticipation.
Rest,
Blessed sleep awaits me as I drift away to a place of
Peace,
Where the stresses and conflicts of the day
Can no longer affect me.

I will be alright.
I will be Well.
I am a good person.
I love to help others.
I make it my job to support those around me.

These are the mantras I must use to keep
Myself from succumbing to the anger the
World inspires in me.

I won't let the acts
Of other people make me less loving
And more Hateful.
I will not hate.
I'll Not hate, I won't do it.

Hate blights the spirit, hate does no good;

¡Ever!

 
Don't indulge in hateful
Speech or hateful gossip.
Do Not Share around Hateful
Images.

News stories Are not news, they
Are distractions.

Don't be afraid
To love, just
Love all.
