I fell a day behind on my reporting so here is my report for yesterday.
I wasn't even going to bother reporting but I noticed that I had over 10,000 steps for the day. It's hard not to post and grab those extra tokens when you can.
Most of my activities yesterday were walking and bouncing around at work. I noticed that my exercises and weightlifting don't really add up a lot of activity count for me.
I have an old bike in the garage that I should try using to see how my step count goes with that, I guess I could strap my phone to my knee or something.
