My Actifit Report Card: February 16 2020

I was surprised I got 5,000 steps on a Sunday!

Just doing my daily activities like working out in the morning and then going shopping afterwards racked up a lot of steps for me today.

Next came some yard work that I just had to do, I've had so many leaves falling from the oak trees that they were washing out into the street.

It's always a challenge this time of year keeping up with the leaves. It's hard to get upset about it because it gives me so much shade during the summer.

After all that hard work it was time to take a break and eat a nice salad, this is my favorite Greek salad from a local Deli.

Sounds like you had a busy morning! I know when the weather permits and we get to hike, the trails are just full of the Big Maple maple leaves that fell last fall. They will eventually be absorbed in to soil, and we of course, help break them down on the actual trails themselves, but for a while, it seems as if they will be there forever. Then spring comes and the cycle starts all over again. Good job with your 5530 @actifit steps . Have a wonderful rest of your day!

About the only hiking I could do around here is at the beach. I guess I'll do that soon as it has been a a long time, I can go grab some seashells and relax while watching the sunset.
