I started Yoga twice a week now. First time at the Thursday session. It is a nice contrast to the Tuesday session which makes me drip sweat all hour long. A lot more stretching. I like both approaches, and since I'm at the gym 5 days in a row now, the pace and relaxation from this class will be welcomed.

Overall, I am at the lowest weight since I did the Advocare thing 2 years ago. Today I was not only able to add HIIT after a hard session, but I didn't feel dead after getting home, too!
