Deadlift day, so no energy for much commenting

  • Pre-Workout Warmup
    Bike 5 min
    Starting/Stopping Heart rate 103/127
    Max 137

  • Deadlift
    135 @ 8, 10, 12 reps
    Finally got the form right

  • Abductor
    150 @ 8,10, 12

  • Adductor
    150 @ 8 and 10
    final set 12 all ISO

  • Plate Press machine
    110 @ 10 & 12
    120 @ 4

  • Cable lat pulldown
    120 @ 8,9,7

  • DB (dumbbell) Inclined hammer
    17.5 @12
    20 @ 8 & 10

  • DB Triceps Overhead
    20 @ 8,10, 11

  • DB Side lat raises
    15 @ 8 & 10

  • Run out of juice and take lazy ass home
    1 set
    At an hour and 10 minutes of lifting, not disappointing in this at all ;>
    More disappointed that I have no inclination for an informative writeup...see older gym progress posts for that ;>
