Gym Progress 10/7/19

A crappy workout. I had no energy and ended halfway through. One thing that held me back was that I was afraid of injury, I think. My left forearm and bicep are a little tender.

I was distracted from the time I got there...hell, earlier. I had to turn my Tshirt around after my first set of deadlifts because I came in wearing it backwards LOL!

It was the first time in 5 days. I skipped one weightlifting session and one yoga session last week due to the sore arm.

  • Stationary Bike

Calorie : 28 CAL
Distance: 1.25 mile

  • Barbell Deadlift

Set 1 : 165x8
Set 2 : 175x8
Set 3 : 175x9

  • Barbell Front Squat

Set 1 : 50x8
Set 2 : 60x8
Set 3 : 65x10

  • Barbell Bench Press

Set 1 : 125x8
Set 2 : 135x4
Set 3 : 135x4
Set 4 : 115 x5

  • Machine Assisted Pull Up

Set 1 : 110x8
Set 2 : 110x8
Set 3 : 105x8

  • Barbell Curl

Set 1 : 50x2
And that's where I wrapped it up!

I have been mostly OK, thanks for asking

I got tennis elbow so I had to quit lifting weights, and in turn got lazy and dont do much besides eating Halloween candy LOL

In seriousness, I started grad school, so between the injury and the school work, I just haven't had the energy for Steemit
