Was Chief Justice blackmailed or coerced into casting the vote in upholding the legitimacy of Barack Obama's patently unconstitutional Affordable Care Act? One thing for certain is that he was "hacked" by the Obama DOJ and Intel agencies. One could reasonably argue on this point that he would empathize with President Trump over the illegitimate FISA Court warrants- except that he appointed the FIsA Court judges. The answer to the question about blackmail lies in the nature of the Deep State and the elite cabal inself. I've written before that "membership" in the cabal relies on blackmail to keep the members loyal... the more dirt they have, the higher one is allowed to rise. Taking the question about blackmail first, according to an article in The Blaze from 2015:

 The Supreme Court ruling today is unexplainable - unless the fix is in. It's time to start asking questions publicly and loudly. It’s time to start asking the question. It’s time to be cynical. It’s time to assume the worst of this government.  Has Supreme Court Justice John Roberts been blackmailed or intimidated? I would put nothing by the Obama administration that lives and rules by the Chicago thug playbook.  Doubt me? On the same day that Justice Roberts and the Supremes upheld Obamacare - again - the key IRS watchdog reported to Congress that the IRS purposely destroyed evidence of a crime. 

The crime in question is the targeting of conservative groups by the IRS at the behest of the Obama administration after pressure by Democratic frontmen Chuck Schumer and Sheldon Whitehouse... and then lying about in front of Congress.

 Is the idea implausible that this same Obama administration that orders IRS attacks, then orders destruction of key evidence, would stop at nothing to save Obama’s signature achievement? Is it impossible to believe that Obama and his socialist cabal that learned from Saul Alinsky that “the ends justify the means” would hold something over a Supreme Court justice’s head?  Because something clearly smells rotten in Washington, D.C. Like “the mafia delivering a dead fish to your door” rotten. Conservatives just won national elections in a massive wave, a historic landslide. We control both houses of Congress; we control the Supreme Court, yet we continue to lose every key vote in Congress and every key Supreme Court ruling. 

The blackmail was accomplished (although probably unnecessary) by having CIA Director John Brennan and DNI James Clapper "hack" Roberts computer. The "dirt" likely gathered most likely pertained to the questionable adoption of the Roberts' sons.

 Evidence shows that John Roberts, chief justice of the United States Supreme Court, was “hacked” by a Deep State surveillance operation overseen by Obama administration CIA director John Brennan and Obama director of national intelligence James Clapper.  Tapes released by Federal Judge G. Murray Snow — preserved on a Whistleblower Soundcloud page — show real estate billionaire Timothy Blixseth explaining Brennan and Clapper’s surveillance program to Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and detective Mike Zullo. The existence of this surveillance program has been corroborated by Wikileaks’ “Vault 7” release and by the public comments of former CIA and NSA contractor Dennis Montgomery, who says he worked on the program for Brennan and Clapper. 

According to whistleblower Dennis Montgomery:

 “I was a CIA contractor both under John Brennan and under James Clapper and these individuals were running domestic surveillance programs in the United States collecting information on Americans. This isn’t political. They were collecting information on Republicans and Democrats. But they collected everything they could find. Bank accounts, phone numbers, chats, emails, and they collected a massive amount of it under the Obama administration,” Montgomery said. 

It seems that Roberts was caught up in the surveillance and was "reminded" by the Obama administration just which side his bread was buttered on. Roberts is as Deep State as they come... there isn't, nor has there ever been anything impartial about John Roberts- he is totally unfit to be Chief Justice of the United States. Appointed by George W Bush, Roberts was put in place to protect corporate interests, a job from which he's profited handsomely. Author of a best selling book, Mike Lofgren, weighs in:

 Even in the absence of what Justice Roberts narrowly defines as “quid pro quo corruption,” a court that consistently decides all relevant cases on behalf of corporate interests – most recently McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission – undermines its own legitimacy as well as the Constitution. 

 The case was about what constitutes a bribe, how big that bribe has to be, and whether an electoral system can be corrupt even in the absence of a legally demonstrable cash payment to an office holder or candidate for an explicitly specified favor. The Roberts court, or five of its nine members, adopted the misanthrope’s faux-naïve pose in ruling that private money in politics, far from promoting corruption, causes democracy to thrive because, money being speech, the more speech, the freer the politics. Anatole France mocked this kind of legal casuistry by saying “The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread.” 

This was the decision that gave corporations the same legal status as citizens... in effect allowing money to more freely flow to candidates for office. In the case of Obamacare- one allegedly not containing corporate interests- Roberts cast the deciding vote in what was described as a "partisan political squabble." "Roberts perceived the deeper dynamic beneath the ideological posturing over ACA, and that is why he had to be the deciding vote of a divided court to save the act. Overturning it would cause millions to question the court’s legitimacy on a matter that was not crucial to business interests." However, as we now know the entire ACA was written by attorneys representing the insurance industry, making the "corporate" argument valid here as well. 

Here are a few facts about John Roberts preceding his appointment to SCOTUS that sheds some light on his character. Although not a member, Roberts has many ties to the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) among them Lee Hamilton, CFR member and trustee of the German Marshall Fund.

•  Lee H. Hamilton (CFR) trustee of the German Marshall Fund is also vice chair of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks 2002-2004. There is a plethora of facts that fit the theory that 911 was an inside job. Lee Hamilton is an "inside player".  It is unfortunate that there is a large segment of the Christian community fair-minded and well meaning, have been ignorant of the evil intentions to destroy everything they stand for. They haven’t a clue to what’s going on and actually believe Bush and his Brotherhood of Death is both Christian and conservative. Rather than solve the problem they perpetuate it.John G. Roberts Jr. who has bent over backwards for the gay community has the support of the President, and his pal Ken Melman , Karl Rove (Miss Piggy) and California queer [sic] Congressman David Drier.
•  In a landmark decision in 1996 Roberts worked behind the scenes to nullify the voters initiative in Colorado. Lesbian Jean Dubofsky, (Colorado Supreme Court retired ) said ... "Everyone said Roberts was one of the people I should talk to." His advice was "absolutely crucial".Homosexual activists said this was the movements most important legal victory. Smith head of the pro bono department said "Roberts didn’t hesitate. " He said, "let’s do itJohn Roberts Jr. support comes from Republican Congressman Kolbe (CFR) (Ripon) who received the gay and lesbian award during a gala attended by former Republican majority leader Newt Gingrich’s (CFR) lesbian sister. Dick Cheney (CFR Trilatereral Commission) daughter is an "in your face lesbian". 
•  The Robert’s firm used their lawyers to attack retail gun sellers because criminals abused their guns. Their purpose was to make it impossible for Americans to protect their homes. In effect they want to bring about the abolition of the 2nd amendment and make individuals totally dependent for protection on the national police under their control.By putting Roberts in the Supreme court you can kiss the Constitution good bye. Considering Roberts is the protégé of C. Boyden Gray, the Skull & Bones point man akin to Kissinger and Rasputin and Robespierre. John Roberts Jr. has already … decided for dictatorship … and against the American people with his decision on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, July 15th 2005, giving the Skull & Bones hierarchy the power to designate any individual as an "enemy combatant." Thereby ..giving the President total power to set up secret tribunals not subject to judicial review. This is what despotism is all about. John Roberts and C. Boyden Gray are clearing the path for the NWO.

•  John Roberts, Jr worked for Wm French Smith and C. Boyden Gray worked for Earl Warren both worshipers of the Owl requiring symbolic death rituals. Truly a brotherhood of death ties these evil people together.Question: Is protégé Roberts’ job at the Supreme Court to sit on a dead Constitution with his penetrating talons? Is John Glover Roberts Jr to preside over the destiny of the United States? Although, Roberts didn’t take the Satanic oath of Skull & Bones while lying nude in a coffin he still serves the American Illuminati faithfully.John G. John Roberts is as Deep State as they come. According to Wayne Allyn Root:

In the case of the citizenship question on the census forms proposed by the Trump administration, Roberts predictably found for the open borders crowd:

 Fast forward to Thursday. Roberts did the unimaginable again. He voted with liberals to remove a simple question on the census that even he declared was constitutional. A question asked by countries all over the world. More twisting like a pretzel to benefit the Deep State.Roberts’ ruling affects trillions of dollars. Liberals argued asking the question would give an advantage to legal Americans and Republicans. But by voting to remove the citizenship question, Roberts now gives advantage to illegal aliens and Mexican drug cartels over law-abiding, taxpaying American citizens. 

Roberts, "a lifelong conservative" has consistently voted in favor of Democrats and against the Constitution. "Roberts’ vote makes big government bigger and the Democrat Party more powerful. It leaves American-born taxpayers paying higher taxes. Roberts’ ruling changes the future direction of America. Trust me, this is all about the Benjamins."  How Roberts got his job as Chief Justice itself is suspect. Before being appointed Chief Justice, Roberts sat on the Federal Court of Appeals in Washington DC:

 Just four days before George W. Bush named John Roberts to fill retiring Justice Sandra Day O'Connor's seat on the Supreme Court, Judge Roberts cast the deciding vote in Hamdan vs. Rumsfeld before a D.C. federal appeals court. "In a crucial victory for the administration [overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court on June 29, 2006, with Roberts not taking part], the court upheld President Bush's creation of special military tribunals for trials of alleged terrorists and denied them the protection of the Geneva Convention. Roberts was one of the judges who decided that case, but he should have recused himself," according to law professors Stephen Gillers, David J. Luban and Steven Lubet, in a Los Angeles Times article September 15, 2005.¹ 

 "In Hamdan vs. Rumsfeld, a three-judge panel upheld the use of military tribunals to try detainees held at the U.S. base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. But the decision didn't stop there. Roberts and a second judge also ruled that the Geneva Convention--which guarantees basic human rights--does not protect alleged Al Qaeda members. The third judge disagreed on the question of the Geneva Convention. Thus, Roberts cast a deciding vote on an issue of central importance to the president, just as administration aides were holding out the possibility that the president might choose him for a place on the highest court in the American legal system.

"Roberts' decision was of extraordinary importance to the White House. "By rejecting the Geneva Convention's protections, the case eliminated an important legal safeguard against humiliating or degrading treatment of prisoners. 

It also cemented him a place on the highest court in the land where he oversees the FISA Court. It's Roberts that has appointed every judge on the FISA Court... every one of them a liberal and likely to uphold whatever the corrupt Obama DOJ and FBI put in front of them:

 Just so everyone knows Chief Justice Roberts has been the ruling factor in blocking Trump’s restrictions on asylum in the Supreme Court today, so I’ve decided to make some connections. Guess what I found? The revealing information through some quick research reveals the fact that Justice Roberts named every single FISA judge who currently sits on the FISA court bench. This basically means that Justice Roberts in a major way is responsible for the illegal use of the FISA court by Obama to spy on President Trump and those close to the President, as Justice Roberts named all 11 FISA Court Judges who sit on the FISA court bench. 

 The FISA court pretty much allowed Obama’s illegal spy ring on President Trump with Foreign help, where Hillary started it with hiring Christopher Steele to write up the unverified report by Fusion GPS…Which was used illegally because unverified reports violate the FBI criminal statues to get a warrant through the FISA system. So really in a big way Chief Justice Roberts who has been the ruling factor in blocking Trump’s asylum restrictions, is pretty much responsible for the illegal use of FISA on President Trump. 

The Chief Justice is also in charge of the Judicial Code of Conduct- specifically when and if a judge or attorney should recuse themselves from a pending case. In Leader v. Facebook, a case where Roberts should have clearly recused himself over conflicts of interests, his corruption abundantly manifested itself:

 (a) had a personal mentor relationship with Facebook’s appeals attorney, Thomas G. Hungar of Gibson Dunn LLP, 

 (b) he had substantial holdings in Facebook financial interests, 

 (c) failed to demand conflict of interest recusals pursuant to the Code of Conduct from the three-judge panel in Leader v. Facebook since each judge held substantial Facebook financial interests. Federal Circuit Judges and Clerk Alan D. Laurie, Evan J. Wallach, Kimberly A. Moore, Randall R. Rader, Jan Horbaly, 

 (d) failed to set aside the Federal Circuit ruling in Leader v. Facebook once it was discovered that Weil Gotshal LLP attorney Edward R. Reines entered an appearance in Leader v. Facebook on behalf of the Federal Circuit Bar Association (in which the judges were members) while he was simultaneously conspiring with Federal Circuit Chief Judge Randall R. Rader to fix cases (Rader was removed from the bench; he had done nothing to police the multiple breaches of ethics of the Leader v. Facebook panel), 

These are but four of ten issues over which Roberts should have recused himself but didn't. Why? As Wayne Allyn Root put it: "It's all about the benjamins." " Bottom line, John Roberts has turned a blind eye to the total collapse of judicial ethics in America." The whys and wherefores pertaining to Roberts' corruption should by now be clear. Roberts is, in no way shape or form, an impartial jurist fit to oversee the highest court in the land. He is a Deep State stooge hired to enforce corporate interests and the interests of the globalists. Now he's overseeing the impeachment of the president and in the long list of names of people in Washington DC that should indeed be impeached, Roberts name should be right near the top.
