Gal.2.20 - I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Good morning dearest,
This morning I want to briefly direct our thoughts to a very vital aspect of our spiritual life.
I have been Crucified with Christ, it is no longer I who LIVE but CHRIST LIVES IN ME.
Isn't this glorious?
The life of CHRIST has not yet found expression in us because we are blind to the truth that We No Longer Live.
Believers are still trying to improve on their carnal life. They're still conscious of their existence, still Conscious of their sins and frailty, still conscious of human depravity.
But the Apostles said,
"I no longer live"
Meditate on this truth until your scale falls off.
The reason why as Believers, we can still live our lives for our own selfish ambitions is because we do not see the truth that we are indeed dead men.
Honey do you know that the moment you accepted Jesus as Lord and savior, you ceased to live? My friend, you died.
CHRIST'S death became yours, and his resurrection became yours also.
Oh! I wish you could really see this.
You no longer have a life of your own.
2Cor.5.15 - and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
You died! And his life became your life.
Henceforth you don't live for yourself but for the one who died for you.
This is true consecration.
Let the fact that you are dead, and now living someone's life, affect the way you use your time, money, body and everything you now have.
We are Debtors!
Not to the flesh, but to live according to the spirit, because from there comes our life.
Think about this.
We're dead to self and alive to the spirit.
We no Longer life for our self but for the one who died for us ad rose again.
Christ is our Life.
We're Dead, but Alive!
