Earning Some Type Coin

Checking out this new Typecoin thing. Quite a fun game to practice your typing skills out. If there's one thing i've come to realize, it is how i need to change my keyboard settings if i want to become a fast typist. 

Some of the settings around quotation marks means i have to enter them twice before they appear. That's fine for ordinary day to day stuff but not if you want to type faster.
