The fourth wall
Say what you will about Andrew Yang. You may be on the side that thinks him to be a Trojan horse for the libertarians or someone who subscribes to the idea that he's a socialist, but his closing statement was spot on.
Politics is a spectacle, it's about who lands the punch and takes the others lunch. In the end what we see in these debate may never see the light of day as it pertains to policy, but nonetheless the actors are just playing their part.
To me the fourth wall was broken. Not only did he not attack anyone on stage, he informed the American people they were just watching reality TV.
Of course I don't know how this is going to turn out, but It sure it's refreshing to see some honesty for a change.

I think Yang's policy ideas are bad. But his 1-minute closer was the best political speech I've ever seen.

As much as i like Yang as a candidate, i have to be realistic and admit that he's not going to get anywhere close to the nomination.
That said, he's getting the conversation started on a lot of things that the politicians aren't addressing like UBI, automation, measuring economic productivity/outcomes.
i like him. at least he talks a straight talk with ideas and solutions, not hide behind an agenda of padding out time in office ya know? i don't care who does it, i just want people to do action, not just add fucking numbers to a spreadsheet ;)

we can live in hope of that. politicians don't work anymore. literally. he seems like the common sense guy that would get his hands dirty and fight through all the red tape bullshit. he literally dropped figures on his 500 words like, do this, this happens, that has to be better than continued printing into the red of an excel spreadsheet that a company 'the fed' keeps doing -- this print more money bullshit is basically like saying 'sure, we are using trees to make the paper' but as long as we have money we can live on a constantly burning planet.
what i'm saying is men in shit suits are killing us without a care in the fucking world and that, has to stop. new blood, and now.. .

We can no longer do anything else. The policy exists and will not disappear.
It arose from the natural need of the human being to have group leaders, somebody who organized and gave certain orders.
But politics mutated and involved what we now have.
In Blockchain The government is not centralized. So is it antipolitical?
Andrew Yang's performance may be a light in such darkness.

That was fun to watch. I'm following his campaign with some interest, it seems to getting a crazy amount of traction though it's still a long way to go of course. I also wonder what he thinks about Steem lol, as he is crypto friendly. I saw another article about his meeting with mannabase for example.
He's my number one pick at the moment, but my faith in humanity is not restored yet
