Because sometimes life happens offline

We took a walk yesterday after all the prep was done in wait of the hurricane. It seems that we may have dodged a bullet, but honestly, it's better to have been ready and not need it.

We are going to donate to help the Bahamas a bit, they really got hit hard. I doubt this is it for Hurricane problems this year, but I hope the worse is over.

So lucky to have missed this incident!
Very sad photos and videos I have seen today! My prayers are with those in troubled time!

Never had a bad hurricane in Portugal, our islands Madeira and Açores have, but Continental Portugal never had one, not sure how they are like, from what everyone tells me the youtube videos that show the destruction aren't enough to really measure how they are like... and those look pretty bad. Glad you are safe bud, better days will come!

Fingers crossed Roberto! Pretty lucky up here in Boynton so far. How's the house coming along man, almost done? We should all get together while my girl is still in town this month.

Definitely a great dodge but still in peak season! I am hoping that all those that lost something in Bahamas can find some breaks after the torture of the storm.

Hurricanes scare me so much. I always worry about you guys down there. You're right it's always better to be prepared than not. It's how it is here with tornadoes and floods.

That picture is amazing, by the way. Very haunting. Hugs to you and Anka, and much love,

♥ -Serena

Kind of boring without you man being involved in stuff. We never saw eye to eye but that was what made it fun.
Hope the hurricane didnt get the best of your part of the world and say hi to the bro.... ;)

I was 8000 kilometers away this time, so from a distance it was only heartbreaking to see...but no damage..
Are we seeing us in November you think?
