Rising Star - El ecosistema (ES/ENG)

Hola! Bueno este es un post que quiero lanzarles para que estén al tanto de por qué tengo tantas expectativas dentro de rising star, desde el primer día que me uní al juego e incluso ahora que soy administrador. Dada esta responsabilidad me es imposible relajaerme y solo esperar que los demás hagan el trabajo, quiero que sepan que estoy a diario pensando en cómo mejorar la calidad del juego.

Desde mi parte, esperen siempre que ponga la atención y experiencia del usuario (cliente) como fin último, JAMÁS el dinero será el motor de las acciones que yo realice o que mi marca Academia Libertad haga. Ambas mi persona @liuke y mi marca @Academialibertad tienen una relación de compañerismo con rising star con el fin de apalancar ambas experiencias.

Dicho esto quisiera compartirles un poco mis pensamientos para el futuro del juego, aunque respetando siempre que la autoridad máxima dentro del juego son Jux y Julie, quiénes han hecho un montón de mejoras al juego en Pro de la viabilidad en el largo plazo del mismo. Además que todos estos pensamientos que rodan igual necesitan la aprobación de ellos y de la comunidad obviamente.

Pero bueno ahora mismo estoy trabajando en una sorpresita de la cual no puedo entrar en detalles porque solo es algo en papel aún pero les puedo resumir la esencia de mi plan y de las maravillas que podemos hacer como comunidad dentro de rising star.

Primero velar por la viabilidad ecónomica del juego, obviamente no me refiero a poner al dinero como miembro central de las acciones si no ofrecer un sistema que se pueda mantener a largo plazo, que sea sustentable y rentable (no irnos a la quiebra).

Mi plan se basa en la creación de un ecosistema en torno a la marca de rising star, no solo el juego per se si no además de otros productos y servicios que se puedan ofrecer en torno a un sistema económica basada en el uso de un token representativo de esta marca!

Además de una reestructuración de algunos elementos del juego para crear un sistema de recompensas que aliente al consumo de la moneda del juego de manera constante, ofrecer un montón de opciones para usar tus monedas y claramente la misión será que de cualquier vía que obtengas tus monedas, tengas mil y un razones para mantenerla dentro del ecosistema sin venderla.

Si logro escribir correctamente los números necesarios para terminar mi teoria ecónomica del nuevo sistema llevaremos muy lejos esta comunidad tan amorosa y prospera que hemos creado dentro de rising star y academia libertad!

Personalmente me gusta ver todo desde el lado socia-ecónomico, así que tienen esa garantía de que tendrá una base solida cualquier diseño de sistema que yo realice, siempre poniendo al cliente y al mejor servicio que podemos ofrecer.

That said, I would like to share with you a little my thoughts for the future of the game, while always respecting that the highest authority within the game is Jux and Julie, who have made a lot of amazing improvements to the game in favor of its long-term viability. Besides that all these thoughts that roll. they need the approval of them and of the community obviously.

But hey right now I'm working on a surprise that I can't go into details about because it's only something on paper (10 pages already hehe) yet but I can summarize the essence of my plan and the wonders that we can do as a community within rising star.

First to ensure the economic viability of the game, obviously I do not mean to put money as a central member of the actions if not to offer a system that can be maintained in the long term, that is sustainable and profitable (not go bankrupt).

My plan is based on the creation of an ecosystem around the rising star brand, not only the game per se but also other products and services that can be offered around an economic system based on the use of a token representative of this brand!

In addition to a restructuring of some elements of the game and improving a lot of them. to create a NEW reward system that encourages the consumption of the game currency on a constant basis, offer a lot of options to use your coins and clearly the mission will be that whatever way you get your coins , you have a thousand and one reasons to keep it within the ecosystem without selling it.

If I can correctly write the numbers necessary to finish my economic theory of the new system, we will take this loving and prosperous community that we have created within Rising Star and Academia Libertad!

Personally, I like to see everything from the social-economic side, so you have that guarantee that any system design that I carry out will have a solid base, always putting the customer first and giving the best service we can offer.
