There is a lot of university in Bangladesh. Some are public university and some are private university. But in Bangladesh the number of private university is huge. There are many private university in Bangladesh like North South University, Independent University, American International University etc. Today I will make a short introduction about Independent University Bangladesh.

Independent University Bangladesh

Independent University Bangladesh or IUB is one of the oldest private universities in Bangladesh located in Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
It was established in 1993 by the Private University Act, 1992.The business programs are accredited by the US based ACBSP. It is ranked number one university of Bangladesh according to Webometrics.

There are five different schools in IUB.

1)School of Environment Sciences and Management
2)School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences
3)School of Engineering and Computer Sciences
4)School of Life Sciences
5)School of Public Health

Other Things:

In IUB there is three large cafeteri, a gym, a central mosque, a medical center, a book shop, a Auditorium and a three storeyed large library. Also in IUB there is so many things.

In IUB there is so many co-curricular activitie. there is table tannis play ground, football field, cricket field in IUB. In every semester IUB organised so many programmes for the IUBian's. Over all IUB is one of the best university in Bangladesh.
