My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2019
I am still on my rope skipping and some pushups and situps again today. I thought I could go out for a walk which I like but hopefull tomorrow I can finaly do it.
So, nothing to share but more flowers in our yard. I hope I can post later. I am having a hard time using esteem or partiko and actifit. Maybe because of the HF.
Today, I did it quicker to reach 10k. I usually rest the same time of skipping I did or probably longer.
Because of resting shorter intervals, I was more tired such that I was unable to do more than 10k. I was aiming for 12k at least today. I also did a few chores today but did not record that. Maybe that also got me more tired than usual.
Hopefully I can do more acitifit tomorrow or this weekend.
