My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2020

All Friday I spent at school from 8a.m. till 6 p.m. Finally the first semester is over. At least next Friday I won't have to deal with final grades and listen to all those "incredible" stories about why things were not done on time...
Most of my walking was done at school walking nervously floor after floor.
In the evening I had high blood pressure, no wonder why. It haven't happened for more than a year. Working at school really ruined health.

The solution is obvious (to me). Do less of the things that stress you out and more of the things that help you feel happy. I know. Easier said than done. Still... Ideas, @contraboudon?

Sorry for your stress. Getting outside helps me relieve stress; nature has a way of doing that. Good job with your 10214 @actifit steps, even if it wasn't under the best of circumstances. Get some rest an have a wonderful day tomorrow!
