Yoga Class for Tension Release
Some days are harder than others to get moving or to keep moving. I didn’t want to go to my yoga class today but I went anyway. I really benefitted from the class and I’m glad that I went. Stretching every muscle on a regular basis really helps to keep the body toned.
The pottery work stresses different muscles in my shoulders and arms, and then the yoga relaxes them again.
