Ok I know, I have been very absent, but I am living in Venezuela and here well ... the internet SUCKS! I have been doing the weekly curations but, I have not been able to do my curation post (I like to make it all pretty and stuff, all arranged with the images and taking a small extract of each post curated and it is not possible for me to do so from the phone (because is complicated and it would take me a long time to cut and paste and I don't have so much free time after all I’m a Mom) so I decided to make it easier this time in order to publish and give the recognition that the curated posts deserve.
As always, this curation is in collaboration with @minnowsupport what that means is that the curated post will be receiving double the love!!

This post will be both in English and Spanish cause like I said before this is my curation for Helpie! And I curate the Hispanic community and well Hispanic community = Spanish written posts. So, you guessed it, I will be giving delicious cake to 5 amazing posts in Spanish every week.

Hoy me han hecho sentir mal por las críticas que me hacen por mi actitud y mi manera de ser, no es pecado ser diferente, no es pecado intentarlo ser. He pensado en renunciar a todo y olvidarme de todos, sólo pienso en alguien que me quiera ayudar pero no me llega a la mente ninguno.

Quien es venezolano ha aprendido en los últimos veintiún años, que la vida es como un campo de batalla al que salimos todos los dias a sobrevivir, y no se trata de seguir trillando o lloviendo sobre mojado en el tema Venezuela, este tema es más que conocido por mucha gente en el mundo, jamás pensamos que podíamos llegar a ser tan famosos por esta situación, pero asi es la vida y debemos tomarla con lo que venga.

Receta | Ñoquis de Auyama (Calabaza)
La primera vez que hice unos ñoquis fueron de papa y me quedaron realmente ¡horribles! (jajaja), recuerdo que usé una receta de uno de mis chef y pasteleros favoritos Buddy Valastro, él ponía las papas a hornear con todo y concha, luego procedía a hacerla puré y a realizar los ñoquis.

Una receta muy sencilla para aperitivo de la cena. Ideal con sobras de pollo y una gran alternativa a los productos para untar industriales rellenos de comida chatarra.
