Hola familia ##CCC.

Para mi #CCC significa estar en familia. Desde que me alojaron, me siento que pertenezco a un pequeño grupo de pequeños peces, que intervenimos, comentamos y nos apoyamos.

Pero algo nos pasa. Somos muchos, pero a la vez somos pocos. Esta es una comunidad cordial. No necesitas ser invitado para publicar, pero si necesitas tener colocada una invitación al final de tu publicación, que está abierta a todo el que quiera venir.

No se descalifica, ni menosprecia a ninguna publicación, si sigues la pauta de las 200 palabras. No obliga a nadie a que comente, solo se solicita que lo hagamos. No exige a nadie permanecer constantemente y dar apoyo a los demás, pero si lo solicita continuamente. Y aunque tiene una etiqueta para ser usada como primera etiqueta en las publicaciones, cada quien escoge la etiqueta inicial y concursa. No por ello es descartado o censurado.

Todos somos tratados de igual manera por el equipo @team-ccc. Le cuesta mucho encontrar a los participantes que usan otras etiquetas, pero de igual forma los busca para darle su voto positivo.

Que nos pasa en #CCC?. Las personas prefieren usar otras etiquetas. Aunque veo que hay publicaciones de esta comunidad que hacen una gran recompensa con el uso o no de la etiqueta #CCC o hive-166850. Porque los miembros prefieren usar otras etiquetas?

Es mejor? es más fácil?, es mejor recompensado cuando usa otra etiqueta?. No lo se. Siempre participo usando la etiqueta propia.

Que le falta a #CCC para poder ver más y más interés de los participantes miembros, para tener mayor compromiso?.

Recientemente usé una etiqueta por curiosidad de otra comunidad, para hacer una publicación de una de mis plantas que recientemente está floreciendo. Después de un largo tiempo sin lograr que lo hiciera.

Y saben que? hoy leí con mucha tristeza que los administradores de esa comunidad, muy gentilmente me sugieren que no publique más en su comunidad, que si lo vuelvo a hacer tomaran medidas, como borrar mi nombre de algún lado.

En realidad no me importa que me digan que no publique allí, ya no lo haré más, incluso ya los eliminé de mis comunidades. Esto ocurre por que solo leí las publicaciones que allí están. No leí las reglas para entrar en su comunidad.

Me parece muy bien que existan comunidades bien organizadas. Pero me siento como si yo fuese un plebeyo en una clase social privilegiada.

Que puedo decir? Estoy en una comunidad sencilla. No hay muchas exigencias. Cada quien hace lo mejor que considera hacer. No hay un líder como tal que te imponga reglas y te obliguen a cumplir. La amiga @wakeupkitty por antiguedad, por mérito, por ser persona muy colaboradora y participativa. Asume el liderazgo de la comunidad, en ausencia de los fundadores, y por consentimiento de ellos. Gracias a ella muchos de nosotros continuamos aquí, bajo su guía. Particularmente le estoy muy agradecida por su apoyo.

Seguiré creciendo poco a poco en esta comunidad. Donde el pequeño grupo con compromiso nos apoyamos, donde se crece lentamente, donde poco a poco voy entendiendo las bases de la participación en esta plataforma. Esto es lo que significa estar en #CCC para mi.

No significa esto que no participaré en otras comunidades, con otras etiquetas. Que gentilmente aceptan mis publicaciones, las premian, invitan a participar, aceptan a todos sin mayores compromisos. Y en todo caso. como sucede con muchas, te invitan a ser parte de ellos con pocas exigencias.

Gracias a todas las comunidades de esta plataforma que aceptan las participaciones de los pequeños peces. Apoyando, recompensando y cooperando con la integración de los grupos, que queremos dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos en nuestras publicaciones.

Aunque se de antemano que esta publicación solo la leerá @wakeupkitty, tenía que escribir todo lo anteriormente señalado. Me siento muy bien después de escribir todo esto.

For my #CCC means being in a family. Since I was hosted, I feel that I belong to a small group of small fish, that we intervene, comment and support each other.

But something happens to us. We are many, but at the same time we are few. This is a friendly community. You don't need to be invited to post, but you do need to have an invitation placed at the end of your post, which is open to anyone who wants to come.

We don't disqualify or disparage any publication, if you follow the 200 word guideline. It does not force anyone to comment, it is only requested that we do so. It does not require anyone to remain constantly and give support to others, but if they request it continuously. And although it has a label to be used as the first label in the posts, each one chooses the initial and competing label. Not for that reason it is discarded or censored.

We are all treated in the same way by the team @ team-ccc. It is very difficult for him to find the participants who use other labels, but he also looks for them to give his positive vote.

What happens to us in #CCC? People prefer to use other tags. Although I see that there are posts from this community that do a great reward with the use or not of the #CCC or hive-166850 tag. Why do members prefer to use other labels?

Is it better? Is it easier? Is it better rewarded when using another tag? I do not know. I always participate using that label.

What does #CCC need to see more and more interest from member participants, to have greater commitment?

I recently used a tag out of curiosity from another community, to post one of my recently flowering plants. After a long time without getting it to do it.

And you know what? Today I read with great sadness that the administrators of that community, very kindly ask me not to publish more in their community, that if I do it again they will take measures, such as "muting my content".

I don't really care if they tell me not to post there, what it bothers me is the warning with which their kindness ends. I won't do it anymore, even I already deleted them from my communities. This happens because I only read the publications that are there. I did not read the rules to enter their community.

I think it's very good that there are well organized communities. But I feel as if I were a commoner in a privileged social class.

What can I say? I am in a simple community. There are not many demands. Everyone does their best. There is no leader as such that imposes rules on you and forces you to comply. The friend @wakeupkitty for antiquity, for merit, for being a very collaborative and participatory person. It assumes the leadership of the community, in the absence of the founders, and by their consent. Thanks to her, many of us continue here, under her guidance. I am particularly grateful for your support.

I will continue to grow little by little in this community. Where the small group with commitment we support each other, where it grows slowly, where little by little I understand the bases of participation in this platform. This is what it means to be in #CCC for me.

This does not mean that I will not participate in other communities, with other labels. Who graciously accept my publications, reward them, invite them to participate, accept everyone without further commitment. And in any case. As with many, they invite you to be part of them with few demands.

Thanks to all the communities of this platform that accept the participation of small fish. By supporting, rewarding and cooperating with the integration of the groups, we want to give our best in our publications.

Although I know in advance that this post will only be read by @wakeupkitty, I had to write all of the above. I feel very good after writing all this.
