Yoga warm-up hands to toes

This exercise does not look very spectacular and it is not. Everyone probably knows them too.

You are standing, your feet a little way apart. Now move your upper body down and touch your toes. Either both sides Simultaneously or one after the other.

Tip: With daily training, you can quickly see progress in flexibility.
