Buzzing BUZZi - A ReviewHunt Quest
Have kids? Interested in discovering new products for them? Then here's a platform for you - BUZZi - share your experiences. Discover new products.
I was hesitant to try the product at first because on my first reading, I had the impression that it only accepts products for kids. However, upon a closer look into the ReviewHunt quest description, it stated that they're open to other product categories like Technology. So I immediately took a dive and submitted a product review for one of my vocal recording equipment - my Focusrite Scarlett Solo.
Since it was a platform mostly for kids, I tried out one of their face stickers. 😁
My First Impression
As stated, I thought the platform was mainly for kids' products, which it is. But if you look into the 'Others' category, you'll discover a lot of different products.
One feature I was looking for was discovering products near my location. So while that feature is not available yet, I used one of the existing Korean product links.
Product Tour
Here are some pages inside the app. This one's from my feed. The banner just took too much space for my taste. It didn't display one whole post from a user where it displayed the action buttons.
I was also expecting a grid like feed, but instead it had one similar to Instagram.
And here's the create a new post page. It will ask you to look for your product first.
And then choose your product link.
It will then ask you to choose a category.
Then upload or take a photo or record a video.
And then lastly create content for your product.
After that, just click next amd publish and your product review will be posted to the STEEM blockchain.
And lastly, a look into the profile and wallet pages.
I haven't tried everything, but these were the pages I've seen so far.
Summary
This is the first time I saw Buzzi. I wasn't aware that there was already a product like this already being developed and it was only through ReviewHunt that I was exposed to such development.
I know that there can still be improvements done on the platform, but this is what I've tried so far. It was not the best UX for me, perhaps because it's an ecommerce platform, I'm already comparing with the likes of Amazon. I have yet to experience actually buying a product through the platform to complete the ecommerce experience.
But for now, I think I'll give it 3 out of 5 stars.
Thanks for sharing this. Actually I am in a middle of a review there but can't seem to proceed since I do not have a baby product to review. I am not sure if baby power used on myself can be considered😂
Trying a product out first on yourself before tour kida. Sounds valid. 🤣
Hmm 🤔 I like that! Agreed I think I will do that.
steemx is a part of this ?
Yes, it seems so when depositing and withdrawing STEEM. I haven't tried Steemx yet though.
