After our trip to Geola privince it is kind of tiring to sit and lie down Stayed at my office and tried to save energy . Hope to have 3 holidays a weeks.

Those office days are killer I know lol I often struggle hitting 5k steps on days when I am pretty much glued to the office chair. I think one thing that has helped me was investing in a standing desk just to get up and about a little more in the day.
