Day 576 | Another Double Tennis Thursday Session

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I had another double 2 hour tennis session yesterday. I gotten to know the people that play on the field that is reserved after us and they send me a text whenever one of them is unable to play. I always gladly take up that spot. In the past I took lessons that 2nd hour but my main goal for that was to get more social and get to know new people to possibly play with which worked out way better than I could have ever imagined. Anyway, I absolutely love tennis and plan to continue playing on thursdays for a long time to come.

My sleep itself has been pretty good but I lay in bed too long before actually falling asleep pretty much delaying the time I wake up giving me less time to be productive.
