This is MY Paradise. Hunting at "The Bank"

A weekend at "The Bank" in Nebraska pheasant hunting is my most favorite thing to do in the whole world. There is no place I would rather be and it's not even really about the hunting anymore. Of course having success in the field is always nice and its extremely fun but, the laughs and stories shared by this group is priceless to me. This group of guys I have been hunting with since I was 19 years old which is now 30 years for me. They are some of my best my loyal and trusting friends i have in my life. The age range here is 21 years old to 73 years old and it's like it dosent even matter here, we all enjoy each other.

In case you have missed other posts I have made about this place, "The Bank" is our hunting headquarters. It actually used to be a bank but, it's now evolved into a hunting retreat like no other in the entire world. It sleeps about 20 although it's very tight when there are that many people here. Its complete with a great commercial kitchen that can handle several people. It's really the ultimate boys club. We hunt all day, eat like kings and watch football like junkies.....with also a lot of beer and top notch Scotch Whiskey.

The pheasant grounds we have to hunt are fantastic. Some years it can be hard to find lots of birds due to hail storms or dry conditions but mostly this place is a mecca of action and lots of shooting.

Hayden Outdoors is actually a real estate company that specializes in hunting and fishing ranches/properties/leases for all types of wild game. The Hayden family are some of the best people I know and have taught me a lot about hunting over the last 30 years. They are a wealth of information and I always learn more with every visit.

Out of all the things I am really thankful for in my life, I would say having the opportunity to be here and hunting with the Haydens for 3 decades is something the common person could never understand. My memories are engrained deep in my brain and the relationships I have created are extremely valuable to me. From the field to the dinner table that always turns into a poker table, there is nothing better than time spent with good friends and even better people. If you ever need a property in central USA these guys are the place you need to start.

This year a tiny house was added to the bank grounds to accommodate more hunters and the fire at night....along with some amped up music is a popular spot.

Thank you God for making me a hunter, fisherman, outdoor enthusiast because I get to experience so many things that passes the rest of the world by. They have no idea what they are missing. I was born to have a gun or fishing pole in my hand and have been lucky enough to harvest some of the wild fish/game god put on this earth for us. We respect the animals, birds, habitat and are all thankful that this renewable food source is not only a non GMO/Hormone way to eat but there is something to be said for a man to trick his own dinner into the plate!

Pheasant hunting looks interesting how you all line up and stand in the open. My bro just got back from deer hunting. His group got lucky, but he didn't this season.

Oh, it's great that you, my friend @broncnutz, have so many preferences that make you happy and grateful. We have a lot in common. I also love heaven on Earth and thank God! And mushroom hunting is my hobby)
