My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2019

Running. My biggest fear after pull-ups. I hate running mainly because of two reasons:

The first one, it's boring, I need a goal in order to not feel running as pointless. I can run for two hours if I'm playing football or flag football but I can't run for ten minutes on a treadmill. I've been getting better, especially because I run outside so the green, the birds and the sky help a bit.

The second reason is that my knees are crap and I have flat feet, so running takes a bigger toll on me than on a random normal person.

Well, even so, I've been running quite a lot over the past 3 weeks and I will continue to do so as long as my will prevails.
