This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.

Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.

I've used some metrics relating to:

  • Posts (P)
  • Comments - number of (C)
  • Number of people spoken to (PS)
  • Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
  • Comments - length in characters (C L)
  • Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
  • Up-votes to others (V)
  • Up-votes to different authors (U V)
  • Self-votes - No minus score but no bonus STEEM (S V)

Hey hey... It's a bit early in the morning for this! Well... Actually, I slept in something horrible today! I'm pretty chuffed to be in the top 10 for the first time in a very very long time! Must have been the catching up of two weeks worth of replies!

Looks like you have enjoyed a nice “rally” this week @abh12345! Although the overall CEL “global” results show a pretty steady dip in engagement, i.e. comments … Hmmm. Hopefully just an aberration this week?

An SBI share has been registered for our ”Hot Pink” winner this week - @fitinfun (gets her up to 350 SBI!). Nice to see her doing well, as I know she works steadily at making a difference “in here.” And she earns a “double” with your graciously choosing to not award yourself. Very nice! It was nice to get back high enough to get a no selfie prize, but the weekly numbers look a tad short this week. I worked hard on trying to get more that the typical 2 or 3 post a week out, but I think that took a toll on my comments because they, like the weeklies, were down just a little bit. My comment lengths also took a little bit of a hit, I guess I did not get as long winded as I normally can/do at times. Votes were up slightly though, so that was good, and I did remember to hand out a few sips of !BEER this week.

Not a drastic drop in the weeklies, I guess we all sort of had an off week.

Beerlover keeps running low on Resource Credits, but detlev said that even though there is no comment that the beer does go into the SE Wallets.

I think that the people that are at the top, bowing out like they have been doing after awhile is actually a nice thing on their part, it lets the others know that it is time for a new champion. maybe a Champions Wall of Fame for those that have been at the top and bowed out. Many look at the league as a contest, some look at it as a challenge, and some for the tracking stats the road map of where they have been. We all have different ideas of what the League is, and when room is made at the top there will always be someone to fill the void.

Hey, @abh12345.

Well, here we are. Full blown into October, and me wondering where the rest of the year went already. The temporary slowdown of time I experienced when I first started back to work ended probably a month ago and I think things are actually moving faster than they were before.

Which means I need to move faster in order to keep up with everything, including activity here, when I'm at that point in my life where I've been slowing down. Woohoo.

Anyway. Thanks for the ongoing leagues and weekly results post, and thanks for being around STEEM in general. It's just good to have you here.

Congratulations to the Top 25, particularly the Top 2. Anytime scores are above 10,000 I consider that a pretty good thing.

I'm not sure what @tattoodjay and @dswigle are doing that requires them to disappear completely from the list, but I guess they follow in the footsteps of @janton and @melinda010100 who have also ridden off into the metaphorical sunset.

Just as long as someone who has the time and puts in the effort makes it to the top, that's all I ask for. Or I might have to quit my job...

Okay, that's not going to happen anytime soon. I think I just need to concentrate on keeping it. :)

Well, thank you for the sentiment. Other than a desire to have the number one spot be filled by someone who is willing and able to put in the time, I'm not sure if the same competitive drive I had to begin with still exists—I know the time I need to do it in does not.
