Using Palnet to research the creation of a SAND Token ScotBot site for my San Diego City Token + Buy 5 cents worth of SAND, send to ackza and get 10 cents worth of upvotes from @tytran

After buying a few SAND on the open market to lift the price up as I do from time to time to provide liquid steem to SAND holders wanting to sell, I realized that pallnet can be the PERFECT place to experiment on my new SAND token, do giveaways (especially to San Diego residents on pal and steem) and to spread this idea of a standardized City wide token for every city in the world, and these tokens will each have a scotbot site which will act as a Referendum and Worker Proposal, with the largest SAND Holder voting on projects to help improve their city, but first to build up the City token infrastructure.

Beyond just the use of SAND as a city wide forum and a local currency, we can also develop games that can work in every city and allow users to play a Modified @drugwars style game where instead of dealing drugs you extract resources, goods and services that are unique to your town, while paying locals in this currency in exchange for a virtual overlay of the city like Sim City and drugwars but without the violence and drugs, so many more like @nextcolony and a very VERY basic version of sim city, maybe even a Mega Cryptopolis design could be made possible one day, with virtual real estate virtual taxes virtual buildings. But for now a simple scotbot site, a local currency and a referendum/worker proposal system that simply uses the tags and existing scotbot site will suit our needs well.

The SAND token will be the first of hopefully many city tokens, and the scotbot site should be self explanatory, the business should create itself from the ground up with San Diego residents and fans posting content about San Diego will get rewarded with scotbot Upvotes in Steem and SAND. Content about the city should be something easy for local residents to do, with the encouraging of using old social media photos and videos to create new SANDnet posts.... hmm I might call it SAND.network and SANDnet San Diego Network... yeah seems right... its going to be fun just to run a San Diego based Scot Bot "truibe" as @aggroed calls it

(Im excited to see my SAND token with marketcap of over $27K and actually high up on the daily volume list, as you only need a few bucks to get above a LOT of no volume coins.... but now we have a LOT of coins that DO have thousands of dollars in daily volume like Pal and Palminer EMFOUR ENG miner etc etc. Aggroed really created a beautiful way to create demand for steem engien coins and thus steem!)

Anyway I will be excited to flesh this out further, and I MIGHT even be able to do a token sale, with a discount, issuing enough SAND to pay for the 1000 ENG roughly $350 fee last i checked, to create a scotbot site... I will try to cover the fee even if I cant fund it all with SAND token sales... BUT If i CAN bootstrap this project solely from steem-engine (Liek I once predicted would be possible with SMTs) then I can show teh world how anyone in any city can start a token for their city, (we need a way to allow a first come first serve and encourage others in the city to unite under one token, but we need a way to fairly distribute the initial tokens, and give others a reason to NOT fracture out. I believe there are enough steemians in almost every world city, to help manage this project if they choose to. We should be able to find a fair way to distribute the initial coins to the first STEEM users who show up to the local project, and offer jobs paid for in these city tokens. Details will be worked out by each individual city token manager but for now we can simply use steem posts to create lists of steemians who can be voted in via dpoll.xyz to be in charge of their respective city token. Whoever pays the 100 ENG fee to create the token and produces it in a standard fashion should be allowed into our white list.

All of these details might be self correcting, as we will end up with a LIST of major cities and we should be able to match up high rep high SP steemians to their respective city token regions.... we could even create the city tokens for each city ourselves, and then issue the coins or the keys to the coin creator accounts to the respective regional steemians.

I should be posting details of a coming Token burn for SAND, and details about how I will be attempting a test distribution of 1 SAND to every San Diego based steemian who can post simple proof that they are in san diego, plus there are enough steemians who have "san diego" as their location publicly for me to do an airdrop to them without their needing to ask.

I should call what I will be doing more of an 'AirGrab" as I will require san diego steem users to come forth to receive their SAND, so I will have to find a clever way to airdrop as many SAND as i can to actual proven steem users in san diego. I may just use the San Diego REDDIT once I am done issuing coins to Steem based users. OH and I wont issue enough to cause THAT bad of a price dump, and I will buy up a lot of these coins if people wish to sell, at a VERY low price. I believe that distributing these coins widely and using them for tips etc, can create enough marketing to offset any of the negative effects of issuing "too much" and having people sell aka "dump" BUT If I simply only give out smaller amount than I will create a demand for I will be fine and the price can still overall go up... as long as I am strict about issuing all the rest of my coins and burning MOST of te supply. I can then buy back coins from the market to then use for my own Bidbot, SAND token based game or other ways to create demand for SAND...

It will be fun to create more reasons to SPEND sand tokens. Users will even be able to BURN SAND in exchange for any number of human services I can provide from posts to videos or even an upvote, to even on screen Text to Speech donations like CX streamers of https://iceposeidon.live because if I started a live stream and allowed people to use SAND tokens to get FREE media or TTS donations, that would be one simple way to get people to spend the tokens. OR I can simply sell AD space in my steem posts, and give people REALLy good deals if they spend SAND tokens on ads. I also have access to a steem account of a San Diego resident @tytran and he would be happy to let me use his upvotes to give discounted upvotes, using SAND instead of liquid steem.

Basically, anyone who buys 5 cents worth of SAND on the market, and sends it to @ackza you will be given a 10 cents worth of Upvotes from @tytran which i will do manually for now, just come tell me on https://steemspeak.com and we will start the experiment.
