Opportunities taken for granted.

Sometimes, I wonder why humans like to take opportunities for granted, just a little opportunity to make them feel free with you will make them misbehave.

Sometimes as a boss, you want your workers to get close to you, you want them to be able to relate with you comfortably, you want them to have access to holidays and other things that may be beneficial to them, but the surprising thing is that, they begin to look for such opportunities everyday.

It is not advisable to act strict towards your workers or make things difficult for them, but where do you draw the line when you try to give them a free hand and they tend to misbehave.
