Una delle origini di una delle mie passioni...
Questo qui si chiama "scarpigno", è un'erba spontanea che cresce nei campi, lo conosco da una vita, diversi di voi che mi leggete ancora non erano nati da quando iniziai a vederlo sulla tavola di casa e di mia nonna, che viveva al piano inferiore della nostra abitazione.
Oggi pomeriggio è stata lanciata l'idea di andare a raccoglierne un po' nei campi dietro casa, anche se onestamente eravamo alla ricerca delle più pregiate rosole, ma di loro neanche la minima traccia,per cui il risultato finale è stato questo...
Una bella borsa piena di scarpigni, che sono stati puliti "direttamente in loco", in modo tale che sono già stati cotti e questa sera verranno mangiati...
Cosa c'entrano gli scarpigni gonbi gatti??
Mia nonna, che manca da tanti anni, pur non essendo molto espansiva nei confronti dei miei adorati felini, vivendo praticamente in campagna (era molto "green" la zona della nostra abitazione..) capitava sovente di avere dei gatti nelle vicinanze, e un giorno qualche avanzo di cibo, e un altro giorno altri avanzi, fatto sta che si legavano stupendi rapporti di affetto con loro, soprattutto il sottoscritto.
Sin dalla più tenera età seguivo mia nonna dei campi limitrofi alle ricerca delle erbe spontanee, un paio di gatti ci seguivano come dei cani, mia nonna li chiamava ogni tanto e loro subito tra le nostre gambe a fare le fusa, uno spettacolo..
Sono dolci ricordi lontani, che ormai si perdono nei meandri della mia memoria (sono passati più di 45 anni...), oggi è stata l'occasione per rispolverarli e ravvivarli, Buona Domenica a Voi Tutti....
