I like what you said here! Very well said and I agree. Time is so precious.

“So when you think about it, their speed and their aggression is actually their undoing. After a while the muscles break down from all of the exertion until they can no longer run at all. Then they get slow and stumble around on their busted legs. I guess every fast zombie is actually just a slow one in the making.”

Ahhh... Interesting.

It was barefoot and lean and moved toward him with an inhumane ferocity.

Very piercing writing!

The creatures head hit the cement with a blunt smack. Its skull split instantly and fell to the ground. It lay their completely still. He stepped over the lifeless body and went back to retrieve his backpack.

Dang. That was intense, I thought he was going to get dominated.

That was another awesome read! I'm glad you did a part two!
That wasn't the same guy from the first one was it? Didn't that guy get killed in the first one?
Either way, very excellent! Had me zoned in and focused and anticipating what was going to happen next. I love your zombie stories!

I think you're the first and probably only person who read the story so I'm glad you liked it. Yes, It was a different person then the first story. You are right, the man was killed in the first one.
I don't really know why zombie stories come to me but that seem to be my topic for fictional writing. Maybe eventually I'll have enough for a book of short stories hahaha.

Thanks for the comment :)

Word. :) I love your zombie stories! I think you could make an awesome book of short stories if you keep at it! You're super talented at writing this style in my opinion and yeah... I can sort relate with what you said about not really knowing why zombie stories come to you. Zombie movies and video games have been some of my favorite things growing up, but it's weird... Why? They are like death and apocalypse kind of stuff, it's weird. Why would such be so intriguing? Or in my case, "fun" when I'm playing video games on the subject. I don't know how to really explain it either, there's something weird about it.
You're welcome for the comment! Thanks for the awesome zombie stories. :D
