Since I was able to repair my sewing machine (with the unexpected help of 2 new friends) I’ve been sewing daily for almost 2 months (｡´-д-)
During this time, I had recorded a lot of processes for tutorials, in both big and small projects:

Between the newest pieces I had made, there’s a series of ´Mini-Bags for Little Girls´ (which appear to be the new trend, replacing the cat-ears headbands and sequins).

• D O • I T • Y O U R S E L F •

✔ We draw a guide pattern on paper.
✔ We transfer the pattern to the fabric chosen for the bag, and its lining.
✔ We cut a rectangle of fabric, and make a simple hem on its 4 sides.
✔ We center the pocket and sew on what will be the back side of the bag.

✔ Centering the fabric inside out, we join both sides of the bag with simple seam.
✔ Centering the other way around, we sew the lining and lid of the bag.
✔ We will cut small triangles around the remaining edge of both pieces, turn around, and iron them.

✔ We sew both sides of the turned-around lining, cut triangles around the bottom edge, turn again and iron.

✔ With 2 small rectangles of fabric, we will make handles to hold the buckles.
✔ Centering the lid and buckles to the bag’s body, we will sew a loose guide with the purple thread.
✔ We will sew a straight line with a simple stitch the closest we are able to, at the edge.
✔ We will carefully remove the tufting thread.

✔ We’ll cut 2 little velcro rectangles (magical zipper), and we will sew them to the lid and body of the bag.
✔ With the same red fabric, we will make a long strap, and we will join it with the buckles.

✔ We try different kinds of decoration and ornament before permanently fix any piece.

✔ With a strong seam, by hand, we will sew the felt rose with red thread.
✔ With the UHU help along with the manicure stick, we will carefully place each one of the pearls to the lid.

✔ At medium/low temperature, we’ll iron all the edges of the bag, and then let it rest for at least 45 min.

Most of the pieces that I have made since the resurrection of my sewing machine have been commissions/jobs that I have accepted (I currently produce merchandise for a store, and also accept private jobs separately).
The truth is I'm exhausted because I’ve spent weeks tirelessly until now, but I’m also really happy for having another source of extra income! 💸 💕
I crave free time to continue with all the projects that I have pending, including Inktober that I haven’t started due lack of materials ( > ; o ; ) > 🔮 👗 💦
