More beautiful art statues!

circle_of_life.jpg

This statue is titled the "Circle of Life" and the butterfly circle is a wonderful symbol of freedom and beauty!
The great news is that all of the life size statues will soon be available in glass!

As per my previous post about the works by Louis Chanu, a popular South African artist, I am here bringing you some more exiting information. Louis has perfected a mix of materials that can be heated at a special temperature to cast in his molds and the result is glass statues. Full life size weatherproof glass statues.
He uses glass and clear plant-carbon epoxy resin to make the most beautiful statues that I have ever seen.
Here below are some of his works that will soon also be available in the new glass forms.
Have a look!

nickel_splash_new.jpg

Did I tell you that he is a top artist? The first picture is of his "Splash" series and the one above is a combination of nickel and bronze. Imagine how this is going to look in glass!

ballerina-1-large.jpg

This one is of the same materials and titled "Ballerina"!

distant1.jpg

This lifelike sculpture is titled "Distant" and she looks like a dreamer to me!

eclipse1.jpg

The yoga and fitness steemians will identify with this one that is titled "Eclipse"

nickel-twin.jpg

A nickel work here and I would title it "Contemplation. I cannot wait to see the glass one!

wings-8.jpg

Another nickel work titled "Wings" which to me means freedom!

mother_nature.jpg

Here is "Mother Nature" waving her crown of butterflies!

Lion Skull Life Size.jpg

This is a life sized lion skull in bronze!

Confrontation.jpg

"Confrontation" is the correct title for this one, as it reminds me that we are in Africa!

fp1.jpg

Right! In the previous post I have shown you this new huge glass statue!

Here is another view of a new glass one and I am sure that Louis Chanu is a name that is going to become even more famous worldwide!

Even though I am a nature man, I am attracted to all things beautiful as I am sure many of you are also. Beauty they say is in the eye of the beholder and we all see life so differently. What I consider as beauty another would not even glance at and yet others will discover for the first time that they like it. A new awakening is what I call it.
Crime is rampant here as people are robbed and killed every day and the negativity in the media can dull our eyes to the beauties in life. The rat race at the workplace and the constant competition and rivalry to achieve leads us away from the peace within our souls.

But blank your racing thoughts for a moment and look intensely at each of the works above. Let your mind jouney on a cloud of fantasies. Allow the images to bring you a moment of peace and the understanding that you are a part of this thing that we all call life. That we are all a part of it and that free beauty by sight is available to all of us. This is what we call freedom of the mind and the soul. Or the heart if you like. Nature and mankind's efforts blending into a show of amazing beauty.
Frazzled nerves, anxiety, fear and all of the other insecurities can be cured by the healing balm of beauty.
In fact we were all created to be beautiful, both inside and out!
Think about it!

We hope that you have enjoyed the blog and thank you for visiting @papilloncharity

Exactly the way to look at it JJ, as the man's detailed work is great.
Can't wait so see them in glass, as I love to see the light's effect on them. So sad that I cannot catch the rays and colors in photos, but thinking about some videos.
Blessings!

His work no matter which material he uses reveals talent, being outdoors and life size dance into various frames expressing freedom, thought, everyday activities we partake in.

Wonderful art share Stephen.
