Emotional intelligence - Emotional balance.

Day by Day there are different platforms on internet coming up for the people to express themselves. People using them to express themselves every time in a different way to get followers or simply sharing their daily activities or incidents.

As there is so much freedom and ways, we have to keep in check in what we are sharing on them. We don't have to spill the emotional bursts instantly and regret later.

As the story goes, one guy posted about an friend on social media with out hearing the whole story. After few hours he realized his mistake and regrated.

But the damage was already done. His friend lost his reputation as many friends and relatives seen it and started questioning him. The both friends parted away.

This the lesson we have to remember. Not everything of us should not be there. It's okay to be anonymous or not sharing everyday activities.

We don't need every one look at ourselves when we achieved something which lost significance next day or look down us when we lost some thing.

We emotional balance should be maintained what ever happens in our life so that we don't too much react to any situation but we will respond to it.

Response needs thinking and reaction is just going by our impulse with out thinking about the consequences.

Emotional intelligence helps us to take decisions over our emotions and channel them in to a beneficial way. With this we can have peaceful life rather than stress.

The maintenance of these things comes with maturity or keep practicing. In India elders advices children or teenagers to do yoga which brings stabilize the thoughts and offer emotional strength.

Not only physical strength, mental strength also needed and we need to recognise the importance of this as early as possible. This helps us to avoid people built their mental strength and avoiding them to go in to depression or psychological problems.

This practice also gives them power of regulation over their life, self awareness and motivates them to take decisions and stick them to it.

Most importantly they can develop clarity over their life, help themselves without dependance. This is very much needed as the cases of mental illness is raising over the world and people not coming forward to seek help.
