METAMORPHOSIS_AUTUMN SCENERY [ENG/ITA]

Like all the seasons, Autumn too have its charm, with its very warm colors. The leaves change color and fall to the ground forming orange, red, brown etc. carpets.
In this time I love to walk in the woods, and thinking about childhood stories and legends, like stories of gnomes, goblins, fairies and witches.
With this work of weaving i was inspired by the change in both faunistic and floristic nature, so I photographed it in the wood. I like to photograph my works in this environment.
I took several shots with my Canon EOS, then placing my work on the ground, above the dry leaves of the oaks, with wonder I realized that the job had camuuflaged with them, it had almost disappeared….there was a “metamorphosis” accurred!!!

Come tutte le stagioni anche l’autunno ha il suo fascino, con i suoi colori molto caldi. Le foglie cambiano colore e cadono a terra formando tappeti color arancio, rosso, terra di Siena ecc. In questo periodo amo passeggiare per i boschi, e ripensare alle fiabe e leggende dell’infanzia, tipo storie di gnomi, folletti, fate e streghe. Qualche volta uso il bosco come scenografia per fotografare le mie opere, come in questo caso.
Con questo lavoro di tessitura mi sono ispirata al mutamento della natura sia fauna che flora, così l’ho fotografato nel bosco. Ho fatto diversi scatti con la mia Canon EOS, poi appoggiandolo a terra, sopra le foglie secche delle querce, con meraviglia mi sono accorta che l’opera si mimetizzava con esse, quasi scompariva……. era avvenuta una “metamorfosi”!!!
