"FASHION SHOW MURALS" #2 [ENG/ITA]

Hi everyone!!!

Here we are again togeter to discover the evolution of this work on fashion. In the last post we saw the project, the study of the various compositions and now I will show you all the work.
First of all it is a painting on a wall inside a designer studio of cm300x400, made with acrilic colors.
Logically I performed the definitive composition on paper in scale 1:10, before intervening on the wall then I started.
My clients wanted to be immersed in a whirlwind of clothes and fashion accessories, the painting had to extend over the entire wall, as if the models came out of the wall and slipped through the room. Studying the history of costume from the post-war period to today I inserted two "icon" dresses of two fashion brands that have made the history, Chanel and Dior, and in the center the current fashion.

Eccoci di nuovo insieme per scoprire l’evoluzione di questo lavoro sulla moda. Nell’ultimo post abbiamo visto il progetto, i vari studi di composizione ed ora vi illustrerò tutto l’operato. Innanzitutto si tratta di una pittura su muro all’interno di uno studio di stilisti di cm 300x400, eseguita ad acrilico.
Logicamente ho eseguito la composizione definitiva su carta in scala 1:10, prima di intervenire sulla superficie poi ho iniziato. I miei clienti desideravano essere immersi in un vortice di abiti e accessori moda, il dipinto doveva estendersi su tutta la parete, come se le modelle uscissero dal muro e sfilassero per tutta la stanza. Studiando la storia del costume dal dopoguerra ad oggi ho inserito ai lati del dipinto due abiti “icona” di due case di moda che hanno fatto la storia, Chanel e Dior, e al centro la moda attuale.

Chanel is represented with its classic the “tailleur” iconic dress symbol of female emancipation vhich she reivented in 1917.
It is in tweed and embellished with gold bottons, chains and necklaces of pearls.
Even the bag is a timeless icon, made of jersey and then in leather always in the “materassè” motif. It has the current chain strap, it is still on the marchet.

Chanel è rappresentata con il suo classico “tailleur” capo iconico simbolo di emancipazione femminile che reinventò nel 1917.
Esso è in tweed ed impreziosito da bottoni dorati, catene, e collane di perle.
Anche la borsa, intramontabile icona, fatta di jersey e in seguito di pelle sempre con motivo “matelassè” con l’ attualissima tracolla di catene, è ancora in commercio.

Dior with very elegant “tailleur” modeled on the curves of the female body, highlighting hips, chest and waist.
It is embellished with two-tone fur collar and sleeve. On her head a large feathered hat, a unbridled luxury.
We can see that at the time the elegance of the dress was preferred even if we are in front of clothes conceived as synonyms of freedom, confort and functionality, because as we know before women were forced to wear laces and bodices. Clothing that held the body

Dior con un elegantissimo “tilleur” modellato sulle curve del corpo femminile, mettendo in evidenza fianchi, petto e vita.
E’ impreziosito da un colletto e manicotto bicolore di pelliccia. In testa un grande cappello di piume, un lusso sfrenato.
Possiamo notare come all’epoca si prediligesse l’eleganza del vestito anche se siamo difronte ad abiti concepiti come sinonimi di libertà, comodità e funzionalità, perché come sappiamo prima le donne erano costrette a portare lacci e corpetti. Indumenti che stringevano il corpo.

In the center of the painting is the current fashion with a Missoni dress, and clothers of Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Hermes etc. Down some accessory bags, scarves, shoes, sun glasses.
I tried to make this painting as realistic as I could, as if it there was actually a fashion show in that room.

Al centro del dipinto la moda attuale con un abito Missoni, e altri abiti di Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Hermes ecc. In basso alcuni accessori borse, foulard, scarpe, occhiali da sole .
Ho cercato di realizzare questo dipinto in maniera più realista che potessi, come se in quel momento veramente in quella stanza si svolgesse una sfilata di moda.
