A sweet robin in winter (oil on paper)

Happy Monday to you all! Here the weather is not so fine, a rain storm made the sky totally grey and so I decded to paint something sweet: one of my "camu robin" (rabin with leaves on its body) in winter. ^_^

I lie to paint birds, especially robin, because I'm ispired by the birds that usually come into my backyard. I love to hear their songs in the Springtime and I love to collect their abandoned nests fallen down from the trees around my home.

This time I painted the robin with some snow flakes on the background, because the winter is just around the corner and I'd like to see a bit of snow (just a little bit) over my city.

This one is an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and now it's drying, but soon I'll add it in my online shops hoping it will find a new, cozy home!
