Naked Attraction - TV Show Review
This outrageous controversial late-night TV show always seems to be on when I channel flip just before bedtime.
For my American readers (I know how conservative the TV is on that side of the pond), you may not believe this kind of material broadcasts here.
Naked Attraction is a British television dating game show, broadcast on Channel 4, in which a clothed person selects one contestant to date from six naked people, whose bodies and then faces are gradually revealed through successive rounds, from the feet up
Once those six have been whittled down to two, the person deciding then appears nude to select one of them for a fully clothed date.
I have been reading some of the feedback left by viewers, and it’s always amusing.
One contestant who had a couple of kids said, ‘My vagina is like a "jam jar".
Is it really now?
A very recent episode which I only caught the last few minutes features an old bloke gawking at the naked women, only to spray whipped cream onto their bellybuttons, before dabbing a strawberry on to said area then having a bite.
Are they trying to push things, this just seems a little wrong to me?
So far the show has only been about younger people so I’m wondering if we are now going to get more geriatric Naked Attraction versions?
I will have to see if I can get that full episode, they do entertain if nothing else.
This date appeared to go not so well which appears to be the case for most of them.
What makes the show outrageous is the portrayal of bodies being ‘just meat’ with extreme close-ups of both cocks and vaginas, not to mention tits.
'His balls are a little too floppy for me, I don't like that slapping of them against my arse when he's getting too frisky', said another female while checking out the cocks of six blokes.
I’m wondering what kind of people sign up for this show? If you attend then all your bits are exposed to the country for all to see.
I see many tattoos that speak of perhaps the more rebellious type of person.
There are gay versions as well as straight, for both blokes and women.
The contestant can pick who they like, but the one chosen may not like the contestant which likely results in many a failed date.
I have on occasion seen an episode where things work out and the two have been shagging on their first date after retreating to a hotel.
This appears to be the precedent, it’s the first night or it doesn’t work out (which is usually the case).
Contestants do not receive payment for participating, but standby contestants are given £75 for being in the room
Blimey, so you get fuck all for disrobing but £75 for being a standby. Does that seem a little screwy or is it just me?
I do remember seeing this one, about the woman storming off the show due to the contestant stating, 'you are too old for me'.
The fact that this 'woman' was a trans-gender may well have been a factor. Of course, the contestant didn't mention this during that rejection statement.
Now, I'm having déjà vu about the Jerry Springer show from the nineties!
Considering the show has been running for 4 years it's probably going to continue as there must be an audience for it.
You owe it to yourself to watch at least one episode of Naked Attraction. If you have not heard of it, or never seen it then it’s something you will not forget in a hurry.
If you are living in the UK, give yourself a little entertainment before sleeping. I watch it on FreeView, it’s easy to find after 10pm.

I've seen it while flicking through the channels. Watched bits of it as its slightly interesting and better than a lot of reality tv but the whole show is so weird. Who even thinks of these things.
I don't watch any reality TV, it's generally dull.., but with this one.. they are pushing the boundaries.., whipped cream, what will be next? Push too much and it will get banned.
I have managed to avoid this and fully intend to continue avoiding it!!

I haven't had a TV in a while now, so I was totally unaware of this stuff haha.
I remember they have those 'babe' channels after hours where you can call in and talk to them and all that.
Our TV is even mild compare to Italian or French TV.
To be honest, I barely watch TV, this was something I picked up on in 2016 and watch it if it's on.
I remember RTL from the Sat days, they had some extreme stuff even then. I don't know what it's like now.
Shit. The video you linked can't be watched in Finland. Now I have to go to YouTube and watch every episode of Naked Attraction I can find so that I can make a complete analysis on the series. What a bummer.
I could only find one complete episode on YT, that's where I got the stills from. There are ways around the barriers to watch all of them despite you being in Finland.
Funny that that video that you picked doesn't show because I did find plenty of results. Quick count... 55 results and about half of them are full episodes. This analysis is going to take some time. Although seeing now one, almost all of it because I started to skip after half way, it started to get a bit boring. So it may be that I'll skippity skip second one through and leave it at that. Never liked reality series or dating series. Unless it's a Japanese game series. Like the wall. Crazy and insane.
I wouldn't call it 'gorging material', more like light entertainment before you crash. Some are better than others.

I can't believe there is something like this on TV. That is pretty crazy. We have a show called "naked and afraid" where people are dumped in the wilderness with no clothes and they have to survive a certain number of days, but they blur out all their parts.
I looked that one up, looks more like Naked in the Jungle to me!
As I remembered the US is conservative toward this angle, but violence is perfectly acceptable. I got most of my video nasties from the US, when I was into all that stuff in the nineties.
Typical of Channel 4, some of their programs are quite controversial. I remember I once watched one where a woman had to identify her guy by his private parts. A few guys were standing behind screens with just their private bits fully exposed, and she had to study each of them carefully to see if she could identify which was her guy !!!
What did we do before Channel 4, not that I can remember those days. :)
I have seen some crazy stuff on here, a lot of it in the early days. It livened up TV no end.

I wonder if I can find the episodes online somewhere since I don't live in the UK... those types of shows haven't reached my country, I think the older population would probably have an heart attack
I was never a fan of Big Bro.. the theme tune was the best part of it, quite a ravey tune as I remember.

This would be very interesting if it lasted for a couple generations ... just to watch how the trends in personal grooming change. Imagine the same show in the 60's, 70's and 80's?
I haven't heard of it or looked for it ... yet, but I'm curious who the advertisers are? Razors and Condoms? Maybe some feminine hygiene products? Lingerie and other underclothes?
