Jack Steel stared at the computer screen with a sense of amazement, as his trusted friend, Commodore Johnathan Maxwell continued to explain all that he had learned from the Project NextColony files. Despite Jack's disappointment with this knowledge being top secret, he could not help but feel an intense curiosity amplifying within his body and mind. As John watched his friend's face relax, he smiled and placed a hand on Jack's shoulder.

  • Seems like you're starting to calm down, Jack.

It's true, John, I'm beginning to feel much better now.

  • So, Quadrant Admiral, shall we continue?

Sure!

Both men turned their attention, once again, to the computer monitor.

I've heard a lot about the Legendary Planet Prometheus. But isn't that the home of the K'aaght?

  • Indeed!

And we have a Starbase of humans there?

  • That's right!

How is that possible? The K'aaght are a race of pirate warriors!

  • That's true, and in fact, it was the K'aaght who first gave us small clues concerning the Yamato Starships.

What do you mean? Are you saying that while on Earth we were already in contact with extraterrestrial races?

  • Exactly!

I'm definitely convinced now that we're in Wonderland!

  • And the rabbit hole only gets deeper!

Go on!

  • The L.I.F.E. Movement was very involved in exoteric matters. Their ranks were full of contactees, abductees, channelers, remote viewers, intuitives, mediums, sensitives, you name it!!! Do you remember those ancient Star Trek movies on Earth?

Of course, who doesn't remember those!

  • Well, that famous Prime Directive is real. Advanced extraterrestrial races are not allowed to interfere with evolving civilizations that are less advanced.

So how was the L.I.F.E. Movement able to interact with these advanced races, and get all of this information for my father?

  • Because the Prime Directive applies to evolving civilizations that are not on the verge of self-destruction. Intervention is permitted if a civilization is collapsing and in essence, de-evolving. Hence, the L.I.F.E. Movement made contact with the K'aaght. The K'aaght being a pirate warrior race were open to the idea of having a Starbase of humans on their planet.

But why? What's in it for them?

  • Yamato Battleships, of course! Their Ancestors had prophesied the coming of an alien race who could produce mighty warships, but they didn't know how or when. Yamatos require three components - humans, a Legendary Planet and STARDUST!

But STARDUST was only recently discovered. How could the K'aaght have known about that?

  • They didn't! Computer, load the STARDUST file

deliahmonitor.jpg

Wait a minute, I know who that is, it's Deliah' MIIXV, the Ambassador of Cruq'al and head of the Interstellar Research Community. He's the one who discovered STARDUST!

  • That's correct! Computer, proceed to the next file

stardustmonitor.jpg

  • Before discovering STARDUST, it was the Ambassador who theorized it's existence. He postulated that mighty supernovae distributed a rare substance in space, a kind of interstellar dust that would eventually incorporate itself into meteorites. Ambassador Deliah's intense research into meteorites brought forth the idea that within them were stored STARDUST grains. This information he shared with the L.I.F.E. Movement, who in turn, put the pieces of the puzzle together.

But there's a missing piece that escapes me. What's the human connection in all this?

  • Computer, next file please

tellusmonitor.jpg

The Tellusian Ambassador?

  • That's right, Ambassador Gioquis Baljar is the head of the Interstellar Financial Supervision Committee. The Leonid people are masters of cryptocurrencies, and it was they who told the L.I.F.E. Movement that humanity's main currency, STEEM, would be essential for the monetization of the theoretical STARDUST, which could be used intergalactically to upgrade the Yamato Starships.

John, this information can no longer remain hidden from our people! We need all of our available minds to brainstorm on the significance that this knowledge plays on our future. It's pure arrogance to suggest that only the Gold Tier should handle these files!

  • In all honesty, Jack, I have to agree with you, but we swore an oath of secrecy.

We swore an oath of secrecy to a god-damn computer in order to get access to these files, without even knowing what information was going to be shared. I'm not beholden to a fucking machine!

  • What you are suggesting, Jack Steel, borders on mutiny!!!

So be it!!!
