New Steem

Everyone has been talking about it; and some even started their own personal crusade defending this idealogy.

But the audience are the same, the way things are created in content remains the same.

Because the people who are in this blockchain still have their same mindset, same needs that need to be met.

Even with how many hard fork we had to stabilise the fairness of the reward pool, people like the Venezuela community or a survivor like @fitinfun who lives on Steem will never deviate their mind, because their livelihood relies on it.

I am not bashing nor putting down this group of people. In fact, I believe the very existence of Steem was to help people around the world to be both productive and also be able to put food on the table to survive.

Yet looking at the current market rate that Steem value still greatly rely on the big brother's (BTC) price influence is the very reason that people so do not see Steem could be an active liquidated crypto instead on relying on conversions of stored value BTC to get back to fiat.

As long as we don't work towards STEEM into that kind of characteristic, and let BTC be it's stored value, then because of the multiple conversion layer, Steem value will remain low.

And that is why those who are working on on-boarding such as myself, will need to look at the group that still could heavily need to create content, but their main revenue is not Steem.

Instead on leeching it off Steem, it becomes one of the contributors to the Steem economy to help others who need that money to put good on the table.

Recently @crypto.piotr made his first mini hurdle crossing victory by introducing the Swiss Publication about Steem and how it could possibly work alongside with tokenisation.

@gtpjfoobank has successfully convinced a donor flour manufacturer that needs a face-lift in marketing by adopting the Steem blockchain as their central newsletter at the moment with minimal expendses with the help of #teammalaysia 's big brother.

These are the little steps that brings Steem a new fresh content besides crypto based companies and end-user content creators.

I personally believe that with that there will be more ways in future to help the struggling end-users should local businesses adopt the Steem blockchain without the mindset of profit from Steem as their main priority.

And that will be an ongoing experimental project from my end, engaging and talking to business entities in the future to see what they can do with it.

And this, is hopefully a new way for the #newsteem to thrive on for many moons ahead.
