The same incumbent that always wins: banksters. It doesn't matter which party, candidate, or policy platform voters choose between, since platforms are just rhetoric that has no relation to actual policy, candidates are all either corrupt/blackmailed via brownstone ops, and parties are either tiny and irrelevant or used to suppress candidates that aren't corrupt/blackmailed.
Voting for Triden or Bump doesn't change the policies the winning candidate will obediently execute for their puppetmasters. We are just cattle, a cash crop, from the perspective of banksters.
However, local offices are so widely distributed and of relatively minor profiteering potential that transnational corporations don't bother to corrupt them. I therefore voted diligently for my local Sheriff and County Clerk, going so far as to have the County Clerk personally hand me my ballot, and personally receive from my hands after watching me sign it. Oregon is vote by mail, but by this method I ensured my ballot could not be deprecated via the website vector.
It's not possible for the County Clerk to do this for the ~25k residents of my county, but at least my vote was secure. I was happy with both election results that mattered to me BTW.
