Morning Photography in the country side

Yesterday, I have arrived in the village, far from the the noisy capital.

This morning I just walked around my parent in laws house and took some photos. There were many kind of plants around their house. Closer to the house there are some vegetable plants and also some fruits trees. Further away there are some teaks which has been growing for at least 10 years.

Betel plants grow in one corner, it's very important plan for us since we made herbal remedies from it.

Spinach.

Basil, which we usually eat raw.

Moringa

cassava leaves, we use them as vegetables.

There are a lot of vegetables here. All ready to pick. Unlike in the capital, I have to go to market or shops to buy them.

Here are some more plants. Both used for consumption and herbal remedies.

This is locally known as serikaya or sweetsop or sugar apple.

The soursop leaves believed to have many good properties for health.

Here is a little fruit of soursop. It's going to take a while before it grows and ripened.

Those are some photos that I took today. I plan to go around the village and take photos wherever I can. Being in the northern part of Bali, it is also located quite close to the sea. One of those day, I will visit the sea.
