Sometimes people are at the different stages when we get to encounter or meet them for the first time, someone might be happy, sad, disappointed or indifferent in a first meeting and even when this doesn't show an entire display of their personality or character, it leaves a sort of lasting impression on us and this might make us start off on the wrong foot with someone. In essence, we should place positivity to each and every situation when it comes to handling with the different personalities of people. So what is validation? Validation is when we actually process and analyze people's show of character past more than what we've seen in the first instance. It makes us develop the cut them some slack kind of personality and when we actually do this, we give people second chances to be prove that the initial person they were isn't who they really are.
